We cooperated with a South American power company, providing ODM customized American-style transformers to meet its local power supply needs. As the products were shipped by sea, we paid special attention to packaging to ensure safe delivery.

For this ODM project, we supplied American-style transformers with various capacities, including 150KVA, 300KVA, 500KVA, 700KVA and 1000KVA. All products were customized according to the customer’s specific technical requirements and local power standards, fully complying with the application needs of the South American power grid.

As the transformers needed long-distance maritime transportation, we adopted strict packaging measures: each transformer was first sealed with stretch film to prevent moisture and dust, then firmly bound with wooden cases to avoid collision and damage during transportation. The packaging details can be clearly seen in the project pictures.

All customized transformers passed the customer’s pre-delivery inspection and were safely delivered to the destination. Up to now, the products have been operating stably, winning recognition from the South American power company for our ODM capability, product quality and careful packaging.
